The newly released Meito "Kyoto Uji Matcha Pudding" is a pudding that uses pure Kyoto Uji matcha blended for this product by the 10th generation tea master of the long-established tea garden that has been in Uji for 250 years. Uji tea is tea leaves cultivated in Kyoto, Nara, Mie, and Shiga that are processed in Kyoto Prefecture. However, the Uji matcha used in "Kyoto Uji Matcha Pudding" is limited to those cultivated in Kyoto Prefecture, and we are particular about "pure Kyoto" among Uji matcha.
