Accented with chocolate butter cream with brown rice that has a crunchy texture. The pink color is a lovely cake. Berry cream and strawberry ganache were layered on the sponge. The price is 440 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Shiratama Zenzai Pie
A Japanese-style pie with a chewy texture of Shiratama. Sponge, creme damand dough, red bean paste, and shiratama were layered on the toasted puff pastry. The price is 440 yen.


・ Shiratama Cream Zenzai
Japanese sweets made with red beans from Hokkaido and topped with shiratama and chantery cream. The price is 390 yen.


・ Shiratama water yokan
Japanese sweets made by layering yellow chestnuts, shiratama, and Tanba black beans on a smooth-tasting water yokan. The price is 390 yen.


・ Mont Blanc of Matcha from Kagoshima Prefecture
The top surface is a Japanese Mont Blanc that is irresistible for matcha lovers with Koshian cream and Tanba black beans. Matcha koshian paste and matcha cream from Kagoshima prefecture were layered on a matcha sponge with mochi sauce. The price is 440 yen.
