"Hotto Motto" chicken nanban bento is a bento made from Miyazaki prefecture's local cuisine, with the aim of creating a product that the company, which was founded in Kyushu, will be familiar to the locals. Since its launch in the 1980s, the sales area has expanded and it is now a well-known dish in the whole country. Currently, we are selling 3 kinds of chicken nanban bento with different sauces for each region. This time, with the voice of deep-rooted fans of the company's original "Chicken Nanban Sauce," which has been sold in the Kyushu area for many years, it was released.


Kyushu Chicken Nanban Bento has come to the conclusion that two sauce sachets are attached after repeated trial and error in order to reproduce the texture and taste of authentic Miyazaki chicken nanban with a take-out lunch. The chicken nanban, which is battered and fried chicken breast, is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. When eating, sprinkle a sweet and sour sauce with a moderate acidity on the chicken nanban, and then sprinkle with the original creamy chicken nanban sauce, which is a rich sweetness with the freshness of lemon juice and onions. ..
