"Char siu bento" is a volume-based bento that is luxuriously arranged with four thick char siu (thickness about 6 mm), which is the largest in the history of Ministop bento. Char siu is cooked by adding kelp and green onion extract to soy sauce and mirin. Taking advantage of the umami of the material, it is moist and soft.
220g (7.76oz) with plenty of rice. The rice and char siu are combined with a generous amount of homemade sweet and spicy sauce. The calorie per meal is 667 kcal.
