New char siu lunch

The "new char siu bento" is a renewal of the first product in the "Yamitsu Kitchen" series, the "char siu bento". "Char siu bento" is a bento with 4 luxuriously arranged char siu with a thickness of about 6 mm, and it is a popular product that has sold more than 500,000 meals.

The "new char siu bento" that will be released this time has been improved to a more addictive "special sauce". Char siu sauce with kelp and green onion extract added to soy sauce and mirin, and homemade chasing sauce with a good balance of boiled depth, sweetness and richness are used. By changing to a sweet and spicy sauce with a refreshing taste and lowering the saltiness of the char siu, the compatibility between the sauce and the char siu has improved.

The thickest char siu with a thickness of about 6 mm, which is the largest in the history of MINISTOP, has a moist and soft finish by making the best use of the taste of the material by the low water content and vacuum low temperature cooking process. It also contains 220g (7.76oz) of rice.
