SABACHi

About 1,000 years ago, "mackerel chips" are said to have been around since the time of the Kingdom of Langkasuka in southern Thailand. "SABACHi" is a chip made from natural ingredients (mackerel, starch, sugar, vegetable oil, salt) without using food additives to maximize the flavor of mackerel. While general shrimp uses about 5 to 10% of shrimp, mackerel uses 70% of mackerel. No umami seasoning is used and it is slightly salty. 160kcal, DHA 60mg, EPA 9mg per bag (30g (1.06oz)). The estimated price is 250 yen (excluding tax).

SABACHi

The bite-sized chips have a light texture that makes you hear a crisp sound. There is no dullness peculiar to blue fish, and the mild taste and saltiness spread. In a good way, mackerel's claim is modest, so even children who dislike fish will be happy to eat it as a snack. I never got tired of it because of the simple seasoning, and when I noticed, I had finished eating a bag. The mackerel is used abundantly, and the amount is moderate, so it's nice to have less guilt.
