"Teriyaki Burger" was released in 1987 and became a popular standard product of Lotteria. This time, Lotteria's original special teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise that goes well with the sauce will be renewed and sold.

The special teriyaki sauce is an original sauce with a perfect balance of richness and umami, with rich tamari soy sauce, mildly sweetened sanon tou, and oyster sauce added as hidden flavors. The renewed "Teriyaki Burger" is made by increasing the amount of specially made teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise by about 1.5 times each, and sandwiches it with hamburger patties, lettuce, chopped onions, and mustard in buns.
