Matcha whipped cream

The matcha whipped cream in (1) is soft on the palate, but it is moderately sweet, has a strong matcha scent, and has a bitter taste that makes your tongue numb. It is recommended to taste it with other ingredients.

Matcha Kuzumochi

(3) Matcha kuzumochi is a jelly-like product. The sweetness is modest and the taste of matcha is decent, but it is not as intense as matcha whipped cream, so it seems good to eat it together and enjoy the whipped cream.

Shiratama

The white ball in (4) has almost no sweetness and is soft enough to be crumbled when scooped with a spoon. But I feel the elasticity properly in the chewy texture.

Dorayaki!

White whipped cream under the topping. Furthermore, (5) Dorayaki is hidden in it. Dorayaki is not too sweet and has a pleasant texture like the moist Western confectionery "Savarin".

Matcha mousse is laid underneath. It is milder than matcha whipped cream, but it still has a rich matcha flavor and a slightly stronger sweetness. It looks delicious to eat with dorayaki.

Kuzumochi & Jelly

At the bottom are (6) Matcha jelly and matcha kuzumochi. Matcha kuzumochi has a plump jelly feel, but it is firmer and more elastic than matcha jelly, so you can enjoy it with subtle differences in texture and tongue.
