The cream cheese used in the cheese mousse is a well-balanced mix of cream cheese, mainly from Hokkaido, in an original blend to give it a unique flavor and texture. This year, the cheese mousse is mixed with strawberry juice using Amaou from Fukuoka prefecture, and condensed milk is added to add a milky feel. It is finished in a well-balanced taste.

For toppings, the strawberries are freeze-dried as they are. You can enjoy the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries and the texture of the flesh.
