I tried FamilyMart's new chocolate cake "Sachertorte". A dish with a chic atmosphere supervised by Chef Ken's Cafe Tokyo Ujiie.


The selling price is 298 yen (tax included), and the calories are 270 kcal. The package says "Bean to Bar" and the sauce contains FamilyMart original chocolate. Apricot jam is used as an accent, and it is tailored to be rich but refreshing.


The glossy chocolate-covered surface is much softer than it looks, so be careful when transferring from a transparent container to a confectionery dish. It may be easier not to remove it from the golden pedestal.


When I put the knife in, I saw a faint layer of apricot jam between the chocolate-filled dough. When pressed lightly with a fork, it slowly overflows like golden honey and is very beautiful.


When you put it in your mouth, the chocolate has a rich flavor, with a strong sweetness, a slight bitterness, and a savory cacao aroma. The texture is sticky and heavy. The sweet and sour taste of apricot jam is a secret ingredient. Straight tea or milk tea is recommended for drinks.
