Tarte

Tatin

: Pie dough layered with almond cream and baked to a golden brown. It is a tarte tatin by Fujiya, topped with a generous amount of caramel apple compote.

The tarte tatin measures 90 mm (W) x 60 mm (H) and is priced at 550 yen (tax included), and will go on sale sequentially from December 13 (Tue).

Sachertorte

: Fujiya's Sachertorte is made with homemade high cocoa chocolate. The chunky chocolate dough is accented with apricot jam with a sharp acidity.

The size is 80 mm (diameter) x 33 mm (height), priced at 540 yen (tax included), and will go on sale sequentially from December 13 (Tuesday).
