How to make
Wash the green onions, cut off the roots and leaf tips, and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and line up the chopped green onions.
Cover and bake the surface over medium heat. Roll occasionally to color the whole thing.
When it becomes brown, turn off the heat and transfer the green onions to a tapper. Sprinkle with ponzu sauce, leave it for a few minutes, turn it upside down and let it soak in the flavor.
