The "Strawberry Fair" is being held at Fujiya pastry shops nationwide. On February 22nd, additional new products "I have strawberry in Oyama" and "Domestic strawberry Napoleon pie" will be released.

Two new products that are perfect for this season when strawberries are delicious are now available. "I've put strawberries in my yama" is a cake made by layering light custard cream, pistachio cream, and strawberry cream on a financier dough, and putting a whole strawberry inside. It's a cake with a cute shape of Oyama that you'll be surprised to eat. The price is 450 yen (tax included).



"Domestic Strawberry Napoleon Pie" is a cake made by sandwiching mille-feuille dough with sponge, light type custard cream, and half-cut domestic strawberry. The top surface is decorated with chantery cream and domestic strawberries, giving it a cute appearance. The price is 540 yen (tax included).


In addition, "Tochigi Prefecture Tochiotome Baum Cake" (450 yen including tax), "Domestic Strawberry Roll" (560 yen including tax), "Tochigi Prefecture Skyberry & Milky Cream Puff" (160 yen including tax) are currently on sale.
