At each FamilyMart store, 5 types of the second product in the series using "Bean to Bar" chocolate "Ecuador Special" supervised by Chef Kenji Ujiie of Ken's Cafe Tokyo will be released sequentially from January 26th. * Release date and region vary depending on the product.

"Bean to Bar" chocolate is a chocolate that is manufactured through the process from cacao selection to chocolate. Under the supervision of Chef Kenji Ujiie of Ken's Cafe Tokyo, FamilyMart has teamed up with a chocolate factory in Ecuador, which is said to be the sacred place of cacao, to create the "Ecuador Special".

Only Ecuadorian cacao, which is one of the leading cacao producing areas, is used for "Ecuador Special". A special chocolate that brings out the mellow aroma and richness of cacao by making full use of the "Bean to Bar" manufacturing method. In order to protect the prosperity of cacao farmers, we are making sustainable attempts to protect the environment, such as purchasing cacao at a reasonable price and manufacturing chocolate in Ecuador, where cacao beans are produced, to minimize transportation.

・ Soft and rich gateau chocolate
Chocolate cream with special Bean to Bar chocolate and gateau chocolate using fresh cream. It features a rich chocolate taste and a fluffy texture. The price is 156 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

A rich Sachertorte that is perfect for winter, using the special Bean to Bar chocolate. A rich chocolate sauce is sprinkled on the chocolate dough, which is soft and moist by the steaming method. About 50% of the chocolate in the product is "Ecuador Special". The price is 276 yen. Okinawa Prefecture will be released on February 16th.
