Sankuzeru has released a mixed jam of apples and apples, "Bramley & Fuji from Shinshu". Available at Sankuzeru stores and online shops nationwide. The price is 518 yen (tax included).

"Bramley & Fuji from Shinshu" is a jam made by generously using two apples "Bramley" and "Fuji" from Shinshu. "Bramley" is characterized by a refreshing acidity, and "Fuji" is characterized by a moderate sweetness that contains a large amount of honey.


Fruit content is 70%. It is finished so that you can enjoy the natural taste of apples without using pectin. The flesh of Bramley, which has been simmered and thickened, has a moderate acidity, and the balance with the sweetness of Fuji is exquisite. You can enjoy it not only on bread but also on yogurt or ice cream.

At Sankuzeru, Bramley is also used as a raw material for in-house manufactured cider and brandy. It is also recommended to enjoy these sakes with canapes topped with "Shinshu Bramley & Fuji" jam.
