"Tanegashima Anno Imo Jam" is a jam with a well-balanced sweetness that matches Nogami's "raw" bread. Anno potatoes, which are also a special product, are used, which are grown in the natural environment of Tanegashima.

The particular manufacturing method begins with letting Anno potatoes lie for a certain period of time at the Sonoriku Agricultural Products Theater. This further increases the sugar content. From there, it is baked once to make a sticky honey potato, mixed with flavorful brown sugar, and finished with a sweeter and deeper taste. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included) per bottle.
