"Strawberry Christmas Shortcake" will be on sale on December 22nd at each Cafe Comsa store. A gorgeous dish that looks and tastes perfect for the holiday season.

At Cafe Comsa, which proposes artistic cakes that use delicious seasonal fruits and feel the four seasons of Japan, various limited-edition shortcakes are sold on the 22nd of every month, "Shortcake Day". On December's Shortcake Day, a Christmas-designed shortcake with plenty of seasonal "strawberry" will appear.

"Strawberry Christmas Shortcake" is a seasonal strawberry with a moist sweetness, moderate acidity, and plenty of fruit juice that spreads in your mouth, a rich cream that combines sour cream and condensed milk, and a fluffy sponge. It is finished by decorating it abundantly on the top. Matcha chocolate with the image of holly is an accent.

The price is 1,200 yen per piece (tax included, same below). 1,400 yen at the Ginza store. The cake design is different at the Shibuya Seibu store, Honkawagoe Pepe store, and Takasaki OPA store, and the price is 800 yen.
