"Cheese terrine" is a product characterized by the rich taste of cheese terrine that melts in the mouth, the fragrant aroma of the cookie part, and the contrast of the crispy texture. It was born through trial and error in pursuit of a good balance between two types of cream cheese from Hokkaido and mascarpone cheese. By mixing egg yolk and fresh cream with cheese blended with a harmony of milkiness, mildness and saltiness, the terrine dough is finished with a solid and satisfying feeling.

The base is the crispy textured cookies used in BAKE CHEESE TART's "freshly baked cheese tart" and crushed roasted almonds. In order to confine the deliciousness, it is instantly frozen at our own factory in Hokkaido and sent directly. If you thaw it for about 2 hours, you can enjoy it like an ice cake, and if you thaw it completely for 8 hours, you can enjoy it like a thick cheesecake.
