An easy-to-eat dessert that combines a bittersweet coffee mousse and a milk pudding with a melting texture.

・ Pierre Hermé Signature Eclair Marron Chocolat 321 yen


Eclair with crispy eclair skin, marron cream using roasted chestnuts, whipped cream with a good mouthfeel, and smooth chocolate custard cream.

・ 7 Premium Petit Shoe 12 pieces 289 yen


A petite-sized cream puff made by stuffing custard cream, which is a blend of home-cooked custard, whipped cream, and vanilla custard, into a fragrantly baked dough. Released on December 3rd.

・ Uses azuki beans from Hokkaido Grilled rice cake Shiruko 300 yen


Shiruko is a combination of red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans and chewy shaobing. Released on December 2nd.
