Pierre Hermé Signature Eclair Marron Chocolat


Pierre Hermé x 7-ELEVEN chestnut sweets are the second series following the " Cupcake Maron Chocolat" released in October. This product is a crispy eclair skin filled with marron cream using roasted chestnuts, whipped cream that melts in the mouth, and smooth chocolate custard cream. The price is 321 yen (tax included).


The slightly grainy malon cream has a very rich chestnut flavor. It has a strong sweetness and is well-balanced with chestnuts. High quality cream that is comparable to cake specialty stores.


The chocolate custard cream is also rich and insists on the deliciousness of each with marron cream. It gradually mixes in the mouth and is rich in flavor.


The crispy eclair skin is firm to catch the two thick creams. It is crisp and you can enjoy the aroma.
