Pierre Hermé Signature Eclair Cafe

The crisp eclair skin is stuffed with coffee jelly, smooth coffee custard cream, and coffee whipped cream that melts in your mouth. The price is 298 yen (321.84 yen including tax).

Tsubumochi germinated brown rice Daifuku

Daifuku is a dough with a crushed texture of germinated brown rice and wrapped in salty rice cake. The price is 140 yen (151.20 yen including tax). Released on August 18th.

Black sesame and soy milk blancmange parfait

Blancmange using soy milk. Black sesame mousse is layered on top, and whipped cream, black sesame sauce, shiratama, walnuts, and warabi mochi sprinkled with soybean flour are served. The price is 278 yen (300.24 yen including tax). Released on August 18th.

Taiwan Sweets 5 kinds of ingredients Toupha

Traditional Taiwanese sweets, Douhua. It is a dish that you can enjoy by putting 5 kinds of ingredients served on a medium plate on a bean flower with a plump texture and sprinkling brown sugar syrup attached separately. The price is 250 yen (270 yen including tax).
