Black vinegar scented Shanghai-style spare ribs
Canned spare ribs (meat with pork bones) stewed in a special sauce using black vinegar and Shaoxing wine. It is scented with black vinegar and Shaoxing wine to give it a sweet Shanghai-style taste.
As it is canned, it can be stored at room temperature and can be eaten immediately after opening. To warm it, transfer it to a heat-resistant container, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave.
