Kong-style barbecued pork barbecue is usually made with wu xiang fen (five-spice powder), which is a mixture of spices such as octagon, cinnamon, cloves, and Chinese pepper. Based on the advice of the staff from Hong Kong, KALDIo's original "Hong Kong-style Fork Buns Char Siew" was created with the "authentic" flavor in mind.
