The sake "Kaika Sato no Sake" for the surname "Sato", which has the most surnames in Japan, will be on sale from November 26th on the official online shopping site of Daiichi Sake Brewery. It contains 720 ml, and the estimated price is 1,760 yen (tax included).

"Sato" surname, which is said to have the largest number in Japan and about 2 million people nationwide. The "Kaika Sato Sake" that will be released this time is a Junmai Ginjo Sake that will be released in conjunction with the "Sato no Kai" that was launched in March of this year (2020).

Since there are a wide variety of Mr. Sato nationwide, "Kaika Sato no Sake" was developed with the aim of creating sake with a quality that many Mr. Sato can enjoy. The gorgeous scent and the soft and gentle umami and acidity are in harmony. It's perfect for cooking, and you can enjoy not only Japanese food but also Western food and Chinese food. The raw material rice is Gohyakumangoku and Miyama Nishiki. The rice polishing rate is 55%. Alcohol content is 14%.
