The "Champon with stir-fried vegetables" that appeared this time is titled "Champon made with everyone" and works at the company's district office based on about 605 ideas submitted by store staff in the Kyushu area. Developed by employees after repeated discussions and tastings with store staff. It is made with thorough attention to the needs of local customers, such as the seasoning of the soup, the thickness of the noodles, the amount of vegetables toppings, and the method of stir-frying.


The soup is based on pork and chicken and has a rich flavor peculiar to Kyushu's champon, which is made with seafood (clams, shrimp). Thick champon noodles with a satisfying taste are combined.

Another feature is that you can eat 1/3 of the vegetables you need in a day. The topping vegetables are fried at high temperature for a short time using lard, which gives them a nice texture and enhances the aroma.
