At the bakery "Andersen", the Christmas sweet bread "Stollen" has appeared. If you purchase either "Mandel Stollen" or "Mandel Stollen (Mini)", a part of the sales will be a gift for your child.

Stollen is a traditional German confectionery that you can enjoy during Christmas time. Mandel means "almond" in German, and marzipan (almond paste) is mixed with raisins, citrons and oranges and baked moist. Marzipan in the shape of a stick in the center of the dough is tailored to increase the richness.
