The Christmas sweets buffet "Christmas Magical Window" will be held from November 13th to December 25th at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo.

In this year's Christmas Sweets Buffet, various Christmas windows appear like a fairy tale in a space inspired by the romantic street corner of Paris. You can gracefully enjoy 10 kinds of drinks including about 30 kinds of special sweets and tea from German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld in the lounge decorated with Christmas jumbo trees.


Christmas sweets are a playful lineup with magical spices. "Treeland" is an adult flavor of pistachio bavarois with tangerine-flavored dark chocolate ganache, tangerines and green apples boiled in cardamom on top of a pistachio flavored part succulent. The wreath-style cake "Couronne de Noel", decorated with bright red star-shaped chocolate, contains red currant and vanilla ganache with phrase deboa in cinnamon bavarois with a slight pepper scent.


The live kitchen where the chef finishes freshly made sweets on the spot is Christmas in Paris, such as "hot chocolate" with cinnamon powder and cream that is fluffy with espouma on Valrhona chocolate, and "hot wine" with plenty of spices and fruits. Prepare standard drinks and sweets. Small potions such as "fruit tarts" and "white trees" and light meals such as sandwiches and pasta are also available.


There are 10 types of drinks, including Christmas-only tea presented by German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld. You can enjoy it with sweets such as "Glühwein Tea", a blended fruit herbal tea inspired by German hot wine, and "Winter Dream", which is a blend of rooibos tea with cinnamon and orange peel.

The sweets buffet is held in a well-spaced store to suit new everyday life. A dessert wagon equipped with sweets and decorations according to the theme goes around the table and offers an elegant dessert service, and you can enjoy it with a plate service by the chef.
