From "Tobibako Bread" bread sangju using yuzu from Kochi prefecture

From Pando Sangju, which manufactures and sells "Tobibako bread," three types of Tobibako bread using yuzu from Kochi prefecture and Montblanc bread using malon cream from the popular mini Tobibako series are in season. It will be sold as a limited edition product until October 31st.

■ Collaboration bread with refreshing fruit and yuzu scent

・ Mini vaulting box "Yuzu Chocolat"
Large chocolate and yuzu peel with sugar coated on the surface are kneaded and baked. The refreshing scent of yuzu spreads gently throughout the bread, and it goes well with the scent and sweetness of chocolate. The price is 270 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

・ Mini vaulting box "Yuzu yokan" sandwich
A new product in which the second tier of mini vaulting box bread is made into yokan. Thick slices of homemade yokan made by adding yuzu juice to domestic azuki beans are sandwiched and the response is sufficient. The elegant sweetness of yokan and the acidity of yuzu juice go well together. The price is 432 yen.

・ Mini vaulting box "Yuzu Kurichi"
Yuzu peel wrapped in dough with cream cheese and baked. You can enjoy a marriage of the sourness of yuzu, mellow cream cheese, and the faint sweetness of bread dough. The price is 399 yen. The sale period is until October 25th.
