"Taiwan Castella US-US Fàn Fàn" is a freshly baked Taiwanese castella specialty store. Gluten-free castella that is particular about the ingredients is developed by blending domestic rice flour with Taiwan tapioca flour and adding brown sugar and honey.

Castella is a big size that is carefully baked with plenty of meringue. It has a “pull-pull! Fluffy! Swashwa!” Texture like a chiffon cake. "Authentic Taiwanese style" that offers freshly baked products cut in front of you.
