"Taiwan Castella Café Umeda", a cafe where you can enjoy Taiwanese castella sweets, opened in Kita-ku, Osaka on February 3rd.

A new type of cafe of freshly baked Taiwanese castella specialty store rice and rice (fan fan) that is particular about "freshly baked" and "texture". You can enjoy Taiwanese castella sweets that boast "pull-pull! Fluffy! Shuwashuwa! Texture" with plenty of meringue and air.


There are 9 types of popular "Taiwan Castella Pancakes" that are carefully baked after receiving an order. "French castella" with plenty of apareil (French toast liquid) soaked in Taiwanese castella dough, crispy surface, fluffy castella "Brule Taiwan castella", fragrant grilled eyes and irresistible butter scent "grilled Taiwan castella", black beans and mix "Castella deco cake", which is a Taiwanese castella arrangement dough kneaded with nuts and topped with fresh cream, is available.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 24:00. In response to a request from Osaka Prefecture to shorten business hours, business hours will be changed from 11:00 to 20:00 from January 14th to the time being.
