Fujiya will release "Sayama Tea Sweets" jointly developed with Saitama Prefectural Tokorozawa High School on October 1st. Two types of cakes using "Sayama tea", which is also known as one of Japan's three major teas, will be available for a limited time.

Using Sayama tea from Saitama prefecture, which is one of the three major teas in Japan and has a deep flavor and richness, it is petit-sized and has a cute appearance. You can enjoy the matcha flavor and roasted green tea flavored Petit Tart Mont Blanc. The price is 390 yen (tax included, same below).



・ Puru Puru ♪ Sayama Tea Gloss Ball "Puru Puru ♪ Sayama Tea Gloss Ball" is made from Hokkaido cream cheese mousse and rich flavored Sayama tea pudding, finished with a glossy matcha glasage. Roasted almonds and fiantine coated with white chocolate of Sayama tea specifications are stretched to accentuate the texture. The price is 390 yen.
