A pop-up store of the Baumkuchen brand "Nenrinya" will open from September 16th to 29th in the confectionery event space on the 1st basement floor of the Daimaru Sapporo store in Hokkaido.

◆ Nenrin family

Nenrinya, which has its main store in Ginza, Tokyo, is a Baumkuchen specialty store that continues to be loved as a "Baumkuchen that you want to eat as many times as you want." Since it rarely opens stores outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, it is also appreciated as a highly rare item that cannot be tasted on a daily basis. In addition to the most popular masterpiece "Mount Balm Firm Bud", the autumn-only Baumkuchen will also appear at this pop-up store.

・ Mount Balm Firmly sprout
The skin is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is moist and aged. The butter-flavored dough is slowly baked in a unique kiln for a long time to bring out the deliciousness. The price is 756 yen per bottle and 1,620 yen for "1 mountain MM" (tax included, same below).


・ Straight balm soft bud
It's like "Baumkuchen castella". Aiming for the softness that suits the taste of Japanese people, the eggs are luxuriously baked to make them plump and juicy. The price is YS size 1,080 yen.


・ Mount Balm Mont Blanc
Autumn-only Baumkuchen made by kneading Italian marron and baking it to a mellow Mont Blanc flavor. The richness of mellow chestnuts and the elegant scent of Madagascar vanilla spread throughout your mouth. The price is 864 yen for 1 bottle, 1,674 yen for "Autumn mount balm assortment 2 bottles", and 2,916 yen for "Autumn knot bud [assortment]".


・ Hitokuchi Baumkuchen
