It will be on sale from April 16th at each store and the official online shop "Paku to Mog" (advance reservations will be accepted from April 8th at the online shop). "Mount Balm Matcha" is a matcha balm that is baked only in the summer, as if it were a colored green mountain range. The Nenrin family's masterpiece "Mount Balm Firmly Bud" is kneaded with mellow Uji matcha and slowly baked for a long time. A moist and aged dish that traps the deliciousness of Uji matcha from Marukyu Koyamaen, which has a long history since the Genroku era. You can fully enjoy the rich scent of tea that spreads in your mouth and the mellow taste that slowly permeates.


"Mount Balm Matcha" is the most "delicious even when cooled" Baumkuchen in the series. The crispy chilled dough has a low sweetness, which further enhances the deep aroma of matcha. Furthermore, if you put ice cream on the chilled dough, it becomes "Matcha a la mode".
