At 7-ELEVEN in Tokyo, I found a product called " Biangbiang noodles " that I was not familiar with. Simply put, it feels like a mixed noodle with a sauce that uses plenty of spicy oil. Stir-fried cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots and stick-shaped char siu are placed on top of the boiled noodles.
