An ice bar inspired by the popular Italian pudding of 7-ELEVEN's chilled sweets. The contents are all the color of the egg, but if you look closely, only the root part is slightly fair.


When I grabbed it, I was surprised at the chewy texture! It's different from the Italian pudding itself, but it's also different from ordinary ice cream. It feels tighter than gelato, and may be closer to mozzarella cheese as a crisp. The lips are a little loose and have a satisfying taste.


The rich custard style that you can feel the egg and milk is delicious! The dark part is a caramel coat, accented with a slightly stronger sweetness.
