What is Frico?

Frico is a local dish of the Friuli region of Italy that uses potatoes and cheese. Last year, " Friuli-style Frico " was released in Saizeriya and became a hot topic.

7-ELEVEN Frico is arranged by adding mentaiko to the mini size. Warm it in the microwave and eat it.


A combination of bite-sized potatoes and melting white sauce. Cheese and mentaiko are topped. It has a taste that can be said to be a richly boiled white stew with a gratin made only of potatoes.
