As a collaboration product between Kojimaya Dairy Confectionery and Kadoya Sesame, "Sesame-rich sesame ice cream black sesame cheesecake" is now available. It will be released on September 7th at some supermarkets, convenience stores, and service areas in the Kanto area. The price is open.

"Sesame rich sesame ice cream black sesame cheese cake" is a sweet that combines black sesame sauce, smooth cheese ice cream, and handmade crushed sesame cookies with a mellow sesame aroma and texture. The sesame sauce is a blend of "Kadoya's extra-fine sesame seeds" and "Sesame seeds". Sesame oil is added to the accent to create a rich taste.

For cheese ice cream, cream cheese powder with elegant acidity and richness, creamy and soft mascarpone, and egg yolk are used. Handmade crushed sesame cookies with rich flavor are added as an accent by kneading Kadoya's "ground sesame" and "roasted sesame".
