What is Yawamochi Ice Cream?

Japanese-style sweet ice cream with soft mochi even under freezing. Launched in 2012, the cumulative sales of the series have exceeded 200 million units.

The lineup and contents to be renewed are as follows.

Yawamochi Ice Vanilla

・ Shiratama-ko is used to improve the chewy texture of “mochi”. ・ The bean paste is softer even under freezing, and the texture is improved. ・ The ice cream is changed from milk ice cream to vanilla ice cream. Blend egg yolk and add soy sauce as a secret ingredient to increase the richness

Warabimochi ice cream

・ Increase the amount of "warabimochi" bracken starch used to improve the texture of purulun. ・ Increase the amount of black honey and kinako. ・ Increase the amount of fresh cream in the ice cream to improve the taste and richness of milk.

Yawamochi Ice Cream Uji Matcha

・ Shiratama-ko is used to improve the chewy texture of “mochi” ・ The bean paste is softer even under freezing, and the texture is improved. ・ A blend of two types of Uji matcha, umami and astringency. Further increase the amount of matcha to improve the flavor of matcha

Yawamochi ice cream black sesame

・ Uses Shiratamako to increase the chewy texture of “mochi” ・ Uses black sesame seeds with different grain sizes to increase the presence of sesame seeds ・ Increases the amount of white sesame seeds in the ice cream. In addition, add sesame oil as a secret ingredient to enhance the sesame aroma.
