The largest fair in Sushiro's history, "Okyushu Exhibition," will be held at Sushiro stores nationwide from September 9th. High-class fish purchased by domestic natural fish buyers and local specialties that everyone knows are also available.

The "Great Kyushu Exhibition" is one of the largest fairs in history, offering carefully selected Kyushu "delicious stories" and locally loved specialties arranged in a Sushiro style. A total of 18 types, including natural fish from Kyushu, are available.

"Raw book tuna 2 pieces" is a raw tuna from Kyushu where you can enjoy the chewy texture unique to raw tuna and the umami unique to this tuna. It is offered in limited quantities each day.


"Swordtip squid" produced in Nagasaki uses "natural products". The swordtip squid is carefully handled at the store, and you can enjoy it without letting go of the umami.


In addition, the famous Kyushu specialties such as "Shiratetsu Fire", which is famous as a Nagasaki specialty, and "Shrimp lettuce roll", which is a local dish of Miyazaki prefecture and wrapped with seaweed, are reproduced. Furthermore, "Nakatsu Karaage" is a product supervised by the famous store "Nakatsu Karaage Karaichi" in Nakatsu City, Oita Prefecture. It is finished with a focus on the taste of the sauce and the juicy gravy. "Shirokuma Parfait" is also available for dessert.
