From the French confectionery "Pierre Herme Paris", a collaboration menu with the Japanese confectionery "Toraya" will appear. This is an initiative to celebrate the 40th anniversary of "Toraya Paris Store";

In this collaboration, Japanese sweets have already been announced by Toraya, but French sweets will also be sold by Pierre Hermé. The feature is that Toraya bean paste and yokan are used for each.

First of all, macaroons are made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Toraya Paris store. The single flower gently placed on the pale rosy macaron cock shows a graceful and delicate respect for Japanese culture.

The selling price of "Macaron Azuki" is 2,160 yen per set (tax included, same below). A combination of rose-flavored azuki ganache, lime-flavored azuki, and dry framboise. The moment you put it in your mouth, the gentle taste of azuki bean ganache with the aroma of roses spreads. Next, azuki beans have a strong presence with lime, ginger, and Sarawak pepper. The fruity acidity of Franboise adds an accent and leaves a sweet finish on the taste buds. It will be on sale at Isetan Shinjuku from September 9th to October 6th.

In addition, special sweets and drinks will be prepared at Pierre Hermé's store "Heaven" in Aoyama, Tokyo. Both are sold from September 1st to September 30th.

"Dessert Yokan Ispahan" is priced at 2,400 yen. Rose-flavored mascarpone cream, cube-shaped "small yokan ispahan", lychee, and framboise are made to overlap on a soft bean paste in a simple outfit.

"Frappe Macaron Yokan Ispahan" is priced at 1,560 yen. Frappe Macaron's new face, with a milky and sweet taste that complements the combination of roses, lychees and framboise, with the addition of small yokan ispahan cubes.

"The Yokan Ispahan" is 1,200 yen. A cube-shaped small yokan ispahan is added to the original tea, which is a skillful combination of lychee and roses and gives off a savory scent. The subtle bitterness of black tea and the rich sweetness of yokan are in perfect harmony.
