"Tarte Envie" uses cassis compote, cassis-flavored biscuits, vanilla and violet-flavored mascarpone cream, cassis and flue rouge napage, tarts, strawberries, framboise, blackberries and blueberries.

It features the crispy texture of the part sable, the sweet and sour taste of biscuits and cassis compote soaked with cassis juice, and the vanilla mascarpone cream with the flavor of millet.
