Cucumbers are often eaten raw, but they are also delicious stir-fried! This time, we would like to introduce a recipe for "Stir-fried cucumber and egg" that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes, so it is perfect for when you want another side dish or as a snack with beer!

Ingredients
Here is what you need to prepare. (The recipe is based on Ajinomoto's recipe.1 cucumber
1 egg
A pinch of granulated soup stock
1/2 tablespoon water
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and slice diagonally.Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it. Dissolve granulated dashi in water and add.
Heat oil (not included) in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Stir with chopsticks and when cooked, remove to a serving dish.
Heat oil (not included in the quantity) in a frying pan again, fry the cut cucumbers, cover and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Remove the lid and season with salt and pepper. Place in a serving bowl and voila!
