Kyoto limited "Kyoto no Ochasan" for Antenor

From the Kobe-born patisserie "Antenor", the Kyoto limited gift "Kyo no Ochasan" will be released on September 2nd.

"Kyo no Onocha-san" is a Kyoto-only product that uses the special Uji matcha "Kyo no Uta" made by an Antenor confectionery craftsman and a tea master from the long-established Kyoto tea wholesaler "Kitakawa Hanbei Shoten". A cream sandwich duck words confectionery that brings out the aroma and umami of matcha.

Dacquoise dough baked with a light texture is sandwiched with a smooth, thick tea cream that is mixed with white chocolate. "Strawberry" is the material chosen as an accent to complement matcha. A new matcha sweet that has a rich flavor and sweet and sour strawberry pulp that echoes comfortably.

The price is 600 yen for 3 pieces, 850 yen for 4 pieces, 1,650 yen for 8 pieces, all excluding tax. It will be on sale from September 2nd at the Antenor Kyoto Isetan store and from October 1st at the Antenor Kyoto Daimaru store.

The retro and elegant package design is also attractive. Perfect for souvenirs.
