Lawson "Tiramisu of dark tea"

At Lawson in 2 prefectures and 4 prefectures in Kinki, "Tiramisu of dark tea" and "Daifuku of coffee" will be released on August 24th as the second supervision of famous stores in Kyoto. Both use "Beppin Rice Jiuqu" jointly developed by Kyoto City Industrial Technology Research Institute and Sasaki Sake Brewery.

Tiramisu supervised by "Mar Blanche". Kyo Uji Matcha carefully selected by Mar Blanche is used, and you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of dark tea. Accented with mascarpone cream and delicate white chocolate with a crispy texture, "Beppin Rice Jiuqu" is used for the biscuits that melt in the mouth. It is finished in a slightly sweet Kyoto-like taste. The price is 360 yen (tax included).

Coffee Daifuku

Daifuku supervised by "Ogawa Coffee". A coffee whipped cream and coffee jelly containing Ogawa Coffee's coffee extract are wrapped. Ogawa Coffee's coffee powder and "Beppin Rice Jiuqu" are mixed with Daifuku's dough. As the product name suggests, you can enjoy a soft texture. The price is 145 yen (tax included).

"Beppin Rice Jiuqu" made from Kyoto rice is characterized by its natural sweetness that brings out the taste of the ingredients. As the first use of "Beppin Rice Jiuqu", "Rice Jiuqu and Cold Colored Udon of Summer Vegetables" supervised by "Kyogashi Kinojo" and "Rice Jiuqu and White Miso" supervised by "Kyogashi Kameya Yoshinaga" "Blancmange" was released in July and was well received.
