Brioche dough with pistachio paste cream squeezed and chocolate coated. The chocolate is rugged because it is sprinkled with crumble and then applied.


If you divide it in half, you can see the pistachio paste inside. With a rough texture, it melts and spreads the rich sweetness and pistachio scent.


The fluffy bread dough is light for brioche. Considering the balance with the sweetness of pistachio paste and chocolate coating, this is just right. Although it is slightly green, the bread itself has a plain taste.
