7-ELEVEN Premium released the new ice cream " Nana Parfait " on July 6th. There are two flavors, "Strawberry" and "Tiramisu". The price is 278 yen each (excluding tax).


Luxury ice cream like a parfait where you can enjoy the beauty of the layers and the change in texture. I got it at 7-ELEVEN in my neighborhood and tried it!

Nana Parfait Strawberry

An ice parfait that combines strawberry ice cream, strawberry sauce, and vanilla-flavored shaved ice. Unheated straight puree is used for the strawberry sauce.



The first is a combination of strawberry ice cream and strawberry sauce. The sweet and sour taste of strawberry and the mellow taste of ice cream spread. It's really delicious at this point!


If you dig a little, you will come across a crispy vanilla-flavored shaved ice. Even though it's shaved ice, the grains are fine and it feels like it's between gelato. It's not too clean and milky, and goes well with a fruity sauce with pulp.


The balance of scooping ice, sauce, and shaved ice makes it fun to have a different taste for each bite. About half of it is shaved ice, so it's not too heavy, and it's perfect for summer when you can eat crispy! Please note that it is easy to melt.

Nana Parfait Tiramisu

An ice parfait sandwiched with coffee-flavored shaved ice with mascarpone-flavored ice cream. The bottom is lined with cocoa cookies and coffee sauce, and the top is sprinkled with cocoa granules.



Mascarpone flavored ice cream is mellow and rich. Excellent compatibility with bittersweet and refreshing coffee-flavored shaved ice! You can enjoy a rich flavor while the sweetness is modest.


The bottom cocoa cookie and coffee sauce are Nikoichi. When you eat it with ice cream or shaved ice in the state of a cocoa cookie entwined with coffee sauce, it will be accented with a fluffy texture. It also changes the taste with its strong sweetness and bitterness.


Like the strawberry parfait, it is interesting that the taste differs depending on the scooping balance. It is also a high point that the mascarpone flavored ice cream has a firm mascarpone flavor.
