The bottom is covered with cocoa cookies and coffee sauce, and the top is covered with cocoa granules. The shaved ice is made with fine grains that are pleasant to the palate. You can enjoy the beautiful appearance of the layers and the change in texture.

An ice cream parfait combining strawberry ice cream, strawberry sauce, and vanilla-flavored shaved ice. The strawberry sauce is made with unheated straight puree, allowing you to enjoy the delicious taste of the fruit.
