A new menu for Spring / Summer 2021 has been added to nana's green tea. Three new glass parfaits, fried shirasu donburi, and ochazuke are available.

Matcha fromage glass

"Matcha Fromage Glass" is a dish in which Nana's Green Tea original matcha cream and cream cheese special cream are placed on top of matcha jelly, and the original matcha ice cream and shiratama are displayed. Japanese and Western, matcha and cream cheese, and chocolate sauce go well together.

Honey fromage glass

"Honey fromage glass" is a special cream with a lot of sweet and sour strawberry sauce and cream cheese, decorated with a refreshingly sweet milk soft serve ice cream, and honey from Hokkaido. You can enjoy the smooth and cool texture of soft serve ice cream, the texture of finished almonds and the scent of honey.

Honey lemongrass

"Honey Lemongrass" is a combination of jelly with lemon peel, special cream cheese cream, whipped cream of honey from Hokkaido, and crispy and refreshing lemon sorbet, and honey is sprinkled on it. It features a refreshing aroma and acidity, and the sweetness of honey and cream. You can squeeze the fresh lemon to your liking.

Butter sauteed bowl of fried whitebait

"Kamaage Shirasu Butter Saute Donburi" is a bowl that you can enjoy the richness and aroma of "Yamari" from Wakayama Prefecture, which has a slightly buttery flavor. You can start eating it as it is, and then add soy sauce with a slightly sour taste and crispy seaweed from Ariake to enjoy the change in taste.

Shirasu fried in a pot and mentaiko broth chazuke

"Kamaage Shirasu and Mentaiko Dashi Chazuke" is a combination of "Yamari" Kamaage Shirasu from Wakayama Prefecture and spicy mentaiko from Hokkaido. Just before eating, you can enjoy the flavor together with the seaweed from Ariake. You can also change the soup stock to Japanese tea.
