German prestigious chocolate maker "Weinrich"

Germany's prestigious chocolate maker "Weinrich" boasts a history of over 100 years. I used to review chocolates with cute fruit designs, but this time I would like to introduce adult chocolates made with Western liquor.

I got three kinds of "Winerich Lamb Chocolate", "Winerich Whiskey Chocolate" and "Winerich Mard Champagne Chocolate" at the imported food store. The purchase price is 300 yen each (excluding tax).

Weinrich rum chocolate

Milk chocolate wrapped in a rum filling that was once loved by sailors. The plate-shaped chocolate has cracks, so you can crack it as much as you want to eat by hand. Rich sweetness that melts smoothly and spreads. Later, the mellow aroma of rum will follow. A deep taste with the aroma of hazelnut paste.

Weinrich Whiskey Chocolate

Milk chocolate wrapped in a whiskey filling. The moment you put it in your mouth, a heavy scent is fluffy. Deep richness that remains even after swallowing. It is an adult taste that you can immerse yourself in the afterglow of drinking whiskey.

Weinrich Mard Champagne Chocolate

Milk chocolate wrapped in the filling of distilled liquor and marl born from the champagne process. A fruity scent that melts slowly and at the same time comes out of your nose. It has an elegant taste that is sweet but does not make you feel dull.


The flavor of sake is stronger in the order of rum [mard champagne [whiskey. All of them have an alcohol content of 2.4% and are recommended for relaxing at night rather than as a snack during the day.
