"Gold Millefeuille" is made of hazelnut praline and banana cream, coated with blonde chocolate. It is described as a sweet, rich, golden treat.

The price is 972 yen for a pack of three (tax included, same below) and 1,944 yen for a pack of six. The release date is January 23, 2023.


Queen Strawberry

Chocolat

"Queen Strawberry Chocolat" is made from "Queen Strawberry" strawberries produced in Kagawa Prefecture, which are recommended by Sembikiya Sohonten, and coated with two colors of chocolate to match the bright red fruit.

Prices are 540 yen for a package of 1 strawberry, 1,026 yen for a package of 2 strawberries, and 1,890 yen for a package of 4 strawberries. Reservations will be accepted until February 5, 2023. The sales period is from February 8 to 14, 2023.


Fondant

Chocolat

"Fondant Chocolat" is a semi-raw type of chocolate with a smooth texture. It is a rich chocolate from a fruit specialty store that contains the subtle tartness of raspberries, the sweet aroma of orange, and the flavor of rum raisins.

The price is 2,376 yen for a package of 6 pieces and 3,564 yen for a package of 9 pieces.

Gateau

Chocolat Rum Raisin "Gateau Chocolat Rum Raisin" is a product for which the emulsification state of the dough, baking time, and baking temperature were pursued to produce a smooth texture. It is made with high-quality, high cocoa content chocolate from France, raisins soaked in rum, and unsalted butter from Japan. You can enjoy the various textures of the chocolate when it is cold, after it has been left at room temperature for a while, or warmed in the microwave for a few dozen seconds.
